- 1 Tbsp Churrasco dry rub
- Chimichurri to serve
- Pat dry your ribs or remove dirt from mushrooms. If using mushrooms do not wash with water is this will make them soggy and prevent them from crisping up.
- Sprinkle churrasco rub over your meat or mushrooms and pat into the surface. Mushrooms may require a little oil mixed with the dry rub so it can stick. Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes, but you can leave this over night.
- Heat BBQ or grill to medium, high heat. When hot, add the ribs or mushrooms and get ready for a delicious smell.
- Cook the mushrooms until soft all the way through and it has a light crisp to the outside rub. Cook your ribs until they are completely cooked.
- Serve with a side of rice and this pairs well with chimichurri.
