Chicken or mushrooms cut into chunks

Chinese five spice

Red pepper thinly sliced

Onion sliced

Olive oil

Soy sauce

Honey
Lime juice

Garlic diced

Red chilli flakes
Instructions
Mix chicken, five spice and a pinch of salt together.
Mix soy sauce, honey, lime, garlic and chilli flakes in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add Chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
Add onions and cook for a few minutes. Then add red pepper and cook for a further 5 minutes. Add chicken back to pan.
Pour in soy sauce mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve with either rice or noodles.
Notes
Try adding a sprinkle of sesame seeds to give your dish a decorative finish and a slight crunch.
