Harissa seasoning

Salt to taste
A squeeze of Lime Juice

Vinegar

Tomato paste

Oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients apart from tomato paste and oil to a pestle and mortar and grind until everything is broken down.
Add tomato paste and oil and mix well. Add more oil if the paste is too thick.
Use this paste to marinate chicken, veggies or however you want.
