Harissa Marinade
- 5-10 Dried Chillies soaked in water
- 2 Red chillies diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Harissa Seasoning
- 3 Garlic Cloves Diced
- Salt to taste
- A squeeze of Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Add all ingredients apart from tomato paste and oil to a pestle and mortar and grind until everything is broken down.
- Add tomato paste and oil and mix well. Add more oil if the paste is too thick.
- Use this paste to marinate chicken, veggies or however you want.
