Harissa Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 5-10 Dried chillies soaked in water
  • 2 Red chillies diced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Harissa seasoning
  • 3 Garlic cloves diced
  • Salt to taste
  • A squeeze of Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients apart from tomato paste and oil to a pestle and mortar and grind until everything is broken down.
  • Add tomato paste and oil and mix well. Add more oil if the paste is too thick.
  • Use this paste to marinate chicken, veggies or however you want.
