Quick Curry Recipe

  • 400 g Chicken or mushroom cooked tandoori style.
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Red chillies finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely diced
  • 1 inch Ginger finely diced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp MKS garam masala
  • 2 Large tomatoes diced
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Ground almonds


  • Heat oil in a large frying pan. Pan fry chicken until golden and cooked all the way though. Remove from the pan and saute onions until translucent and soft.
  • Add red chillies, garlic and ginger and MKS Garam masala. Cook for a further 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • Pour in coconut milk, stir and season to taste.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stir in cooked chicken or mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in ground almonds and serve with cooked rice or chapattis.
