We hope that you love your products as much as we do. But if you are not entirely satisfied with your products, we can help.
With all of our spice blends and food boxes, you have 14 days to return from the date that you receive it. Due to the nature of our fresh ingredients, these items must be unopened and unused. Furthermore, they must be in the same condition that you received them. Please keep hold of your receipt or order number so we can find your order in our records.
Once we have the returned item, our team will check the product, and we will let you know that we have received the item. If the item meets our return requirements, we will send your refund via your original method of payment.
You will need to pay for the shipping costs of the returned spice blends unless your products are faulty. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Plus, we cannot accept any responsibility and cannot provide a refund for returned items that get lost in the post.
