Ingredients
400

Chicken or mushrooms cut into chunks
2
Garlic cloves minced
1/2 - 1
Green chilli minced
depending on heat
50
ml
Natural yoghurt
1 1/2
tbsp
Chaat masala powder
A squeeze of lime juice
Salt to taste
Bamboo or metal skewers
Instructions
Mix everything apart from chicken or mushrooms in a large bowl.
Add chicken or mushrooms to bowl and coat completely.
Skewer 4-5 chunks and set aside.
Heat BBQ or grill to medium heat.
Add skewers and keep turning until cooked thoroughly.
Notes
A BBQ will give you a much better browning of the marinade and give you a smokey flavour which you will not get through regular grilling.
